Broke into the double digits in regards to the number of treatments in the books. Today is day 10 so we are more than 1/3 of the way!
The earlier treatment times work the best for sure. Most of the times are between 6:45 & 8AM. I now have a much better understanding of what I need to do in order to not to get exhausted by weeks end. Last week was rough by the time Thursday / Friday rolled around. I did not get to bed early enough nor did I take a break during the day and it all caught up with me late in the week.
As my dad always taught me, you need to find balance to make things work the best. I am still getting pretty close to 7 miles a day walking plus some biking but I also need to get the occasional power nap to recharge and hit the hay a bit earlier during the week.
Off to Boston Breakers training session over at Harvard after treatment. Looking forward to sitting in on the session. Doc and Lee are both great about allowing me to be around for training. It is fun to watch such skilled players and I always come away with something new to bring to my college team for the fall.
